Operator Functions
Programming Mode
To access the Programming mode you need to enter a sequence of key strokes on the
front panel.The time between each key stroke must be less than 5 seconds otherwise
the machine will return to standby mode. Once in Programming mode, there is no time
constraint.
Programming mode utilises the front panel keys, as defined in Figure 1, in order to enter
values and commands.

During programming the keys are used as follows:
Buttons 0-9
Used for entering data
‘C’
Used for correcting data
‘Blank’
For moving to a higher programme level
▲
(Strong) For indexing up in a programme, or incrementing data
▼
(Mild) For indexing down in a programme, or entering data
‘Normal’
For entering data in a programme, or moving to a lower
programme
N.B. In the following programming section, the ‘normal’ key will be referred to as the
access key, the ‘strong’ key as the up (
