Playing Back / Deleting Messages

If you have received messages, the LED indicator on the station 
will fl ash and you will hear a beep at regular intervals.

To indicate that you are present and to play 
back any messages:

Dial 70

 

If there are any messages, they will be played back for you. 

If there are several voice messages, you have the following 
options:

Press 0 :  Delete the message and play back the next one 
  

(if any).

Press 1 :  Repeat the message.

Press 7 :  Play back the previous message.

Press 8 :  Call sender of message (and delete the message).

Press 9 :  Play back the next message without deleting the  
  

previous one.

Press C :  Disconnect (and keep messages).

Playing Back / Deleting Messages from a Remote Station

To remotely play back the messages left at 
your station:

Dial station 51

 

To remotely delete the messages left at your 
station:

Dial station 51 + 0
