Adjust burner venturi setting by loosening nut, sliding shutter and retightening nut.
CORRECT SETTINGS: NAT. : 1/4” (6 mm) open L.P. : 3/8” (10 mm) open
Note: Venturi may need further adjustment, depending on your venting configuration.

Re-install burner assembly into fireplace, checking to ensure burner end is properly seated on burner orifices. Install the left burner
leg.
3.
Extinguish the fireplace.
4.
Re-install the log tray (CTL-58) or glass media tray (CML-58).
5.
Re-install logs (CTL-58) or glass panels and glass bead media (CML-58).
6.
Turn on gas and electrical supplies.
7.
Light fireplace*. Check for leaks at all connections with a soapy leak-check solution, whether field or factory made.
8.
Test inlet pressure.
9.
Visually check pilot flame. Flame should envelope top of flame sensor and extend onto burner far enough for proper ignition.
To Adjust Pilot: Turn pilot adjustment screw clockwise to decrease or counter-clockwise to increase pilot flame.
10. Turn fireplace off.
11. Affix gas type sticker to existing label.
12. Reinstall glass frame assembly and front.
