Remove front and rear mounting brackets (Item 8) from pedestal (Item 15).  
Save screws.  Next align front and rear mounting bracket mounting holes (Item 8) 
with pre-drilled holes in bottom of work surface.  Now secure mounting brackets 
to work surface with (3) screws each,  (Item 7).  Refer to Fig. F.
