Put the clamping knob onto the needle of the small mandrel (

with the 3 mm hex wrench. Next, put the needle into the mandrel (

) and tighten with
the knob (

). Put the small tool bit holder onto the pin (

) and use the 4 mm hex
wrench to attach the holder with screws (
