Put the small mandrel in (

, Fig. 9) and tighten it with the feed knob (

) until you feel
resistance of the plate (

). Then, slightly loosen the mandrel (

) and rotate it by hand

) to align the grooves with the bulges (

). Next, rotate the feed knob (

) to tighten
the mandrel as much as possible. Then, put the nuts on the mandrel (

), set them at
the groove (

), and then tighten with the 24 mm flat wrenches (
