Hood lock control
If the Hands-Free mode is
off
(see Installation Guide), the
immobilizer performs remote control of the hood lock according to
one of the selected algorithms:
Hood lock control by ignition status
The
‘Open hood’ pulse
is sent when:
Turning off the ignition while a label is present
Switching over to the
emergency unlock mode
(after
entering the unlock code)
Switching to the
service mode
The
‘Close hood’ pulse
is sent when:
A label is carried away from the vehicle
Audible signals notifying of an expected engine locking are
produced
