b. Torque greater than wrench capacity at full
pressure.
b. Is torque wrench sized too small?
b. Yes: Use torque wrench with larger capacity.

c. Yes: Check couplers for full engagement.
d. Advance solenoid coil (S1) defective.

solenoid coil (S1)?

(b2) is depressed?
e. No: Replace the relay (RA).
f. Control valve out of adjustment or damaged.

a. Does the pump continue running for more than 20
seconds after the ON/ADV button is released?
a. Yes: Replace Timer Module (TR).
