Using the parking brake

The front hydraulic brake lever has a parking brake. To engage the brake, hold in the left brake lever and
push in the parking brake knob as shown below.

The parking brake is engaged when the knob is pressed flush (or within 1/8

”

of the housing) and secured

by the lever. Release the lever to make sure the knob is in position as shown below.

The knob holds the brake lever in place, which in turn holds the dual front rotors in place and prevents
Rungu Dualie from moving when parked. The parking brake is very useful when parking on an angled
surface.

Engaging the parking brake disables the motor.
