2022 RUNGU Dualie Rugged/XR series

Adjust the upper quick-release catches using the adjustment knobs so that the catches fit
between the two upper mounting blocks.

Push down on the pannier while pulling up on the quick release strap. This opens the two
catches so that they engage the upper mounting tube.
