We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
Read this Owner's Manual and follow it carefully before using the 

X-Flex

  Make sure that it is properly

assembled and tightened before use.

It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equipment mat.
Set up and operate the 

X-Flex

TM

 GYM

 on a solid level surface.  Do not position the 

X-Flex

TM

 GYM

 on loose

rugs or uneven surfaces.
Prior to each use, check the condition of the Cables.  Replace the Cables if the plastic coatings are cracked or
broken.
Prior to each use, verify that the Cables are properly installed on the all Pulleys.
Prior to each use, check the Bungee Cords(39, 40, and 41) for wear.  Replace Bungee Cords that are frayed
or worn.
Prior to each use, check the plastic hooks on the both ends of all bungee cords.  Replace Bungee Cords with
deformed or damaged hooks.
Prior to each use, check the condition of all Pins(44, 45, 46, and 56).  Make sure that the Pins are in the
correct location.  Replace the Pins that are bent or damaged.
Prior to each use, check the pulleys for excessive wear.  Replace worn pulleys.
Inspect the 

X-Flex

TM

 GYM

 for worn or loose components prior to use.  Make sure that all bolts and nuts are tight.

Tighten/replace any loose or worn components prior to using the 

X-Flex

TM

 GYM.

Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program.  If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint,
dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician.
Follow your physician's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program.
Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level.  Know your limits and
train within them.  Always use common sense when exercising.
Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the 

X-Flex

TM

 GYM.

Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or crosstraining
shoes.  Be sure that they fit well, provide foot support and feature non-skid rubber soles.
Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the 

X-Flex

 should not be used by persons weighing over 250 pounds.
