STEP 6
Run the
EYELET END
of the
BOTTOM CABLE(32),
750mm (29.5") long, through the
UPRIGHT(3)
and attach to the
UPRIGHT(3)
with a
PULLEY(26),
two
PULLEY GUARDS(27),
a
BOLT
(3/8" x 3 3/4")(74),
two
PULLEY SPACERS(28),
two
WASHERS(3/8")(78),
and a
NYLOCK NUT
(3/8")(81).
STEP 7
Connect the
HOOK RING(43)
to the
BOTTOM CABLE(32)
with the
HOOK(38).
Hook the lower ends
of all
BUNGEE CORDS(39)(40)(41)
onto the
HOOK RING(43).
STEP 8
Connect the
TRIANGLE RINGS(42)
to the
EYELET ENDS
of the
UPPER CABLES(31),
1245mm
(49") long, with the
HOOKS(38).
Hook the
TRIANGLE RINGS(42)
to the upper ends of the
BUNGEE
CORDS(39)(40)(41)
with the
PLASTIC HOOKS.
Place the
UPPER CABLES(31)
behind the
TENSION
POSTS(7)
and hook the
BALL ENDS
of the
PIVOT BRACKETS(29)
into the Brackets on the
LEFT
and
RIGHT CROSS FRAME(4, 5).
