Step 3. Remove the heater block assembly.
First disconnect the electrical connector with your
fingers by pressing down on the tab and sliding off the connector. DO NOT USE A PLIERS because
pliers can easily damage these plastic connectors.
Next, using the 1.5mm hex wrench, loosen the two heater block screws on the right side of the
block that clamp on to the nozzle. The heater block should easily slide off the nozzle. If not, loosen
the two screws a little bit more until it slides off. Be careful the heater block does not drop on the
glass bed or land on the floor!
