1. Place the food dehydrator on a suitable surface (not on a metal surface; not on fabrics etc.).
2. Prepare the pieces of food. Distribute them evenly on the required amount of trays, taking care that they do not
touch each other.
3. Slide the trays into the food dehydrator and close the door.
4. Insert the power plug into a suitable socket. An acoustic signal sounds and the display shows 88:88 hours for
5 seconds, then the select button TEMP/TIME flashes and the display shows 00:00 hours. Press the select button
TEMP/TIME, the display shows the preset temperature and time of 70 °C and 10:00 hours.
If needed you can adjust the preset temperature and time. To adjust the temperature press the select button
TEMP/TIME, then the b/- in order to choose the desired temperature in steps of 5 °C from 35 °C to a
maximum of 75 °C. Press the select button TEMP/TIME again to switch to the time display. Pressing the buttons
+/- again you can select from 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours in steps of 30 minutes.
By pressing the START/STOP button the device starts operating.
5. To interrupt or prematurely stop the drying process, press the START/STOP button.
6. After the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds and the drying process is ended.
7. Open the door and remove the trays.
8. After use, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to turn off the unit and allow it to cool.

The warranty period is 2 years after purchase date on the receipt.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, improper handling, incorrect
operation, lack of care and cleaning, intentional destruction, transport, or accident, and access by non-authorized
third parties.
The original receipt must be sent in with the appliance for repairs under the warranty. The receipt is the warranty
certificate.
