SETUP
1. Remove the Core Reformer from box and check for
shipping damage.
2. Your Core Reformer is now ready for use.
WORKOUT TIPS
1. Initially follow the exercises presented in the program
without using the Core Reformer. This will help you
become more familiar with the workout and its benefits.
Begin using the Core Reformer only after you have
become accustomed to the movement.
2. Keep your head directly over your shoulders, chin
parallel to the floor, chest lifted, eyes focused forward.
3. Use a smooth and steady motion when performing each
exercise.
4. Perform exercise routines to the best of your ability
without strain.
5. Avoid holding your breath while exercising.
CARE
1. Dry the Core Reformer with a towel after use.
2. Hand wash the Core Reformer in cold water with mild
soap to clean. Dry thoroughly.
3. Avoid exposing the Core Reformer to heat or excessive
sunlight.
4. Store in a cool, dry place.

FLAT BANDS
SETUP
1. Remove the Flat Bands from the box and check for
shipping damage (scratches, gouges or tears).
2. Your Flat Bands are now ready for use.
WORKOUT TIPS
1. Initially follow the exercises presented on the instruction
sheet without the Flat Bands in place. Once proficiency
is developed with each movement, use the Flat Band.
2. Always use the Flat Bands in an open area free of
furniture or other items that could get in the way while
exercising.
3. Keep your head directly over your shoulders, chin
parallel to the floor, chest lifted, eyes focused forward.
4. Use a smooth and steady motion when performing
each exercise.
5. Perform exercise routines to the best of your ability
without strain.
6. Avoid holding your breath while exercising.
7. Inspect the Flat Bands before each workout for nicks or
tears. If present, do not use.
8. Ensure the Flat Band is secure under your foot and/or
in your hands before beginning each exercise.
9. Avoid looking directly at the Flat Bands during exercise.
CARE
1. Dry Flat Bands with a towel after use.
2. Hand wash Flat Bands in cold water with mild soap to
clean. Dry thoroughly.
3. Avoid exposing Flat Bands to rough, sharp or abrasive
surfaces, or to heat or excessive sunlight.
4. Store in a cool, dry place.
BODY SCULPTING BALL
SETUP
1. Remove Body Sculpting Ball from box and check
for shipping damage. Inflate Body Sculpting Ball
with pump. Inflate ball to desired firmness. DO NOT
overinflate.
2. Your Body Sculpting Ball is now ready for use.
WORKOUT TIPS
1. Initially follow the exercises presented on the instruction
sheet without the Body Sculpting Ball in place. Once
proficiency is developed with each movement, use the
Body Sculpting Ball.
2. Always use the Body Sculpting Ball in an open area
free of furniture or other items that could get in the way
while exercising.
3. Avoid holding your breath while exercising.
CARE
1. Dry Body Sculpting Ball with a towel after use.
2. Avoid exposing Body Sculpting Ball to rough sharp or
abrasive surfaces, or to heat or excessive sunlight.
3. Store in a cool, dry place.
4. Do not use Body Sculpting Ball if nicked, torn or
damaged in any way.
