The Bubble Panel attaches above or below the deck to
the center of the post using Tamper Resistant Screws.
To install the panel first sleeve the spacer bar set
•
together in the panel. The aluminum collars should
be set so that once the spacers are sleeved all the
way together, there is no gap between the collar
and the panel.
Now install the panel to the post using the 2 hole
•
attachment brackets with gaskets between the
brackets and the post to prevent moisture buildup.
It is easiest to use a block to set the panel so there is
no more

no more than 3-1/2" between the panel and the
nearest edge of the deck. Installation above or below
deck requires the same distance between the
panel and deck. This measurement is CRITICAL

It is helpful to install with a couple of equal size shims

under the panel to help hold the wall in position, and
to tightne the set screws in the brackets to keep them
from spinning when setting the brackets to the post.

Touch up any marred paint surfaces.
Periodically check hardware for integrity and tightness.

Event: Bubble is constructed of clear lexan and is bolted
to the panel with stainless steel hardware. Metal brackets
are powdercoated.
Paint shall be electrostatically applied oven cured
powdercoat.
Hardware: Stainless steel tamper resistant.
