Sand and Water Panel Plan:
The Sand and Water Panel attaches below the deck to the
“outside” of the posts with 4 post clamps. See the Top Down
View for placement.
INSTRUCTIONS:
•
Attach the angle brackets to either side of the panel.
(See Detail B) Insure that the apex of the angle bracket
is pointing outward, away from the structure and the
opening of the angle inward.
•
Attach angle brackets using the 3/4” x 3/8” button head
bolt with washer against the metal bracket into all six of
the pre-drilled holes found on the panel. Tighten the T-
Nut on the inside of the angle bracket.
•
Using two people, flush mount one side of the panel
with angle bracket pipe fitting into the pipe clamp.
Once set, repeat process for the other side of the panel
to the next post. The height of the panel should not be
more than 48” above the finished grade.
•
Attach clear plastic basin to frame with bolts.
•
Attach support leg.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Event: Sand and Water Panel is constructed of 3/4” thick
polyethylene. Metal brackets are powder coated.
Paint shall be electrostatically applied oven cured powdercoat.
Hardware: Stainless steel tamper resistant
MAINTENANCE:
Touch up any marred paint surfaces.
Periodically check hardware for integrity and tightness.
