NOTE: TO PREVENT STATIC ELECTICAL SHOCKS
In dry areas in particular, static electricity can interfere with unit operation and shock
people. Suggestion: Before touching metal parts of the product, first touch a material
with electrically isolative properties, such as the plastic on the handlebars.
CAUTION: Heart rate detection and signal transmission devices have been known to
interfere with the operation of pacemakers, possibly endangering human life. If you
have a pacemaker, the use of such devices must be undertaken at your own risk. We
recommend that you conduct an exercise test under your doctor's supervision. The
purpose of the test would be to ensure the safety and reliability of the simultaneous
use of the pacemaker and such devices.
