CARDIO

 - A heart rate control program, the cardio conditioning workout is designed 

to keep your pulse at the optimum rate for cardio conditioning. Resistance settings 
change automatically to maintain a target heart rate as calculated by the formula 
(220-AGE)*0.8.

CUSTOM HR

 - This heart rate control program allows you to set your own target 

heart rate.

STRIDE

 - This workout program automatically adjusts stride. Exercisers can 

select maximum stride.

WORKOUT LEVEL

 - Press these keys to change resistance settings.

STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO RESET

 - In Workout mode, press <STOP/PAUSE/HOLD 

TO RESET> key to pause the program. The data display will show messages 
“PAUSED” and “PRESS START TO RESUME”. All the workout data will stop 
accumulating and remain at the current values. If no operations in 5 minutes, the 
console will reset and return to BANNER screen. Press <QUICK/START> key to 
resume to Workout mode or press <STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO RESET> key to enter 
the COOL DOWN MODE. While in COOL DOWN MODE, press the 
<STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO RESET> key will end the program and display the ACCU 
DATA. While in ACCU DATA displaying mode, press <STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO 
RESET> key to display accumulative energy generated. Afterwards press 
<STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO RESET>key to return to BANNER/SELECT PROGRAM 
screen. Press & hold <STOP/PAUSE/HOLD TO RESET> key for 2 seconds will reset 
the console and return to BANNER screen.

FAN

 - Press this key to activate the fan. There are four settings: off, low, medium, 

and high. Each time fan command keys are pressed, one of the following messages 
appears for two seconds:

This key controls the exercise feedback screen, which shows 

exercise feedback in two rows

.

 The top row shows CALORIES, DISTANCE, TIME, 

STRIDES/MIN; the bottom row shows CAL/HR, STRIDE LENGTH, WATTS, TOTAL 
STRIDES. Corresponding LEDs light to indicate the active row of exercise feedback.
