2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Alwa s keep the trampoline clean and dr . Do not use the trampoline if it is wet
or moist.
• Users should wear socks or g mnastic shoes. Street shoes and other sport shoes
ma not be worn.
• Make sure that the hook and loop fasteners are properl closed while using the
trampoline.
• The frame cover is not elastic. Do not ump on the frame cover as doing so ma
tear the seams.
• Pregnant women as well as persons with spine and ankle in uries or organ damage
should not ump on the trampoline.
• In some countries, the trampoline ma be damaged during the winter months b
heav snow loads and low temperatures. We recommend to remove snow from
the trampoline and to store the umping mat and safet net indoors.
• If ou disassemble the trampoline for the winter months, the self-locking nuts must
be replaced when ou reassemble the product. Each self-locking nut must be
replaced.
2.7 Information for spotters
• Enforce all safet rules and become familiar with the information contained in the
user handbook.
• All trampoline users require a spotter, regardless of the user s age and abilit .
• The trampoline is not suitable for children under 6 ears of age.
• The umping mat must be clean and dr at all times during use. A worn or damaged
umping mat should be replaced immediatel .
• Remove an ob ects that might impede the user.
• Secure the trampoline against unauthorized and unsupervised use.
2.8 Information for the jumper
• Do not use the trampoline if ou are under the influence or alcohol, drugs or
medication.
• Learn the basic umping posture before attempting advanced umps.
• Bring our rebound to a full stop b bending our knees as soon as our feet come
into contact with the trampoline mat.
• Learn this technique with the other umping techniques. The abilit to cushion
rebounds should be applied if ou lose our balance or when training basic umps.
When ou can land on the e act spot ou umped from, ou have learned how to
control our umping.
