5.24 Faults
This menu (Figure 55) lets the user view and / or clear the flowmeter faults. Each fault has a
code number and a message that describes the details of the fault. A list of faults is stored
in the memory. Some faults are 'latched' which means they must be cleared from the list by
the user. The fault indicator on the front panel will turn on if any faults are detected, and will
not turn off until all faults have been corrected and cleared from the list.
If a fault condition is occurring continuously, the fault will not clear until the cause of the
fault is corrected.
