Divert incoming calls to another number.

10.3.4 Call Barring (Network Service)
Restrict or bar certain or all types of calls.

Outgoing Calls
(1) All Calls: All outgoing calls.
(2) International Calls: All outgoing international calls.
(3) International Except Home: Prevent users from making any
international calls other than to home PLMN.
Incoming Calls:
(1) All Calls: All incoming calls.
(2) When Roaming: All incoming calls when the phone is roaming.
Cancel All: Cancel all restrictions.
Change Barring PW: Input the old and new Barring Passwords to change
