HD Resolution
When
Video Out
above is set to
HD
, this setting selects the video format for the HDMI and
progressive scan component video outputs:
•
Auto
—Sets the output format based on the video being played back.
• 480p/576p
• 720p
• 1080i
• 1024×768
• 1360×768
Note:
The composite video output cannot be used when any setting other than Auto or
480p/576p is selected.
HD JPEG Mode
Enables the display of high resolution JPEG images at higher resolution when using the
HDMI output.
Audio
This menu configures the player for
your speaker setup.
Note:
There are two pages to the
Audio menu. Press at the
bottom of the first page to
access the second page.
Bass Management
Turns bass management on and
off for better sounding bass.
Front Speakers
When bass management is enabled, sets the size of the front speakers: Small or Large.
Center Speaker
Turns the center speaker on and off. When bass management is enabled, this also allows you
to select the size of the center speaker: Small or Large.
Surround Speakers
Turns the surround speakers on and off. When bass management is enabled, this also allows
you to select the size of the surround speakers: Small or Large.
Subwoofer
Turns the subwoofer on and off.
Test Tones
Allows you to play a test tone through each of the speaker channels.
Center Delay
Delays the center speaker audio by up to 1.7 meters, in increments of one-third of a meter.
