ASSEMBLE
1. Unpacking
2. Cutting blade assembly
a) Unscrew the locknut(7) from the shaft by
turning it clockwise.
b) Remove the floating disc(6) and washer(5).
c) Insert the allen key(1) through the hole in
the head assemblyand into the opening
on the mounting disc(3).
d) Holding the allen key tight so the
mounting disc does not move. Install
the blade(4), washer(5), concave to be
upwards, and the floating disc(6) as
shown in picture. Note: The pit side of
washer must be contacted with the blade.
e) Screw down the locknut(7) and tighten
it counter clockwise by holding the allen
key.
f) Remove allen key and check for freedom
of motion of the blade.
a) Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat,
stable surface.
b) Remove all packing materials and
shipping devices if applicable.
c) Make sure the delivery contents are
complete and free of any damage.
d) Ensure that you have all the accessories
and tools needed for assembly and
operation. This also includes suitable
personal protective equipment.
