LIMITS
OF
USE
Use
only
if
the
surrounding
air
has
an
oxygen
content
volume
ranging
between
17
and
21%.
These
devices
are
disposable.
Users
wearing
beard
and
sideburns
or
having
deep
scars
may
not
achieve
perfect
sealing
between
the
mask
and
the
face.
Users
with
long
hair
must
make
sure
to
completely
cover
it
with
the
hood
to
ensure
sealing.
These
devices
are
not
recommended
for
users
having
narrow
neck
(circumference
<
260
mm,
such
as
children),
since
the
necessary
sealing
could
not
be
achieved.
The
presence
of
eyeglasses
could
make
it
difficult
to
wear
the
hood.
It
is
recommended
to
take
them
off
before
using
the
device.
Since
the
hood
filters
contain
a
catalyst,
under
certain
conditions
the
user
could
experience
an
increase
in
the
temperature
of
the
air
inhaled.
This
does
not
affect
the
performance
of
the
filter
and
the
health
of
the
user
4.
USE
4.1.
Before
use
Check
the
package
before
use.
Do
not
use
the
respirator
if
the
seal
seems
compromised.
Do
not
use
the
respirator
if
the
bag
is
opened
or
damaged.
Always
check
the
expiry
date
on
the
label
on
the
bag.
4.2.
Use
(See
Fig.1,
2,
3)
Open
the
bag
by
gripping
with
one
hand
the
part
marked
with
the
"SPASCIANI”
logo
and
pull
strongly
downward
with
the
other
hand
until
the
sealed
part
opens
completely,
as
shown
in
Fig.1.
Should
the
bag
not
get
opened
the
first
time,
grasp
directly
the
flap
of
the
bag
and
open.
Pull
out
the
hood
by
the
fabric;
avoid
pulling
by
the
valve
or
by
the
elastic
strap;
follow
the
indications
given
shown
in
Fig.2.
Wear
the
hood
as
shown
in
Fig.3:
the
elastic
collar
using
both
hands;
position
and
pull
the
hood
over
the
head
until
it
fits
properly.
No
special
adjustment
is
required
since
the
elastic
strap
causes
the
half
‐
mask
to
adhere
to
the
face
of
the
user.
If
the
mask
is
not
correctly
positioned,
grasp
it
by
the
filter
and
pull
forward
to
position
