chine!

Always test the PRCD
proper functioning before you start operation!
In case the PRCD does not function properly
do not start operating the power tool; but con-
tact the nearest authorised service centre!

Prior to connecting the
power tool to the liquid feed system always
check the hoses and other critical parts which
may be damaged!
WARNING:
When connecting to the
liquid feed system never use a source with
operating liquid pressure greater than the
maximum stated in the specifications of this
manual!

PRIOR TO INITIAL OPERATION
▪ Make sure the power supply voltage corre
-
sponds to the value indicated on the name
plate with technical data of the tool.
▪ Check that the supply socket is connected to
the protective neutral.
▪ Check the pressure of the liquid feed system
source. It shall be less or equal to the stated
in this manual.
▪ Check all connections of the liquid feed sys
-
tem. Loosening the coupling flanges, cracked
or torn hose, damaged or missing parts of the
water tap or connector are not allowed.
▪ Always check the position of ON/OFF switch.
The power tool must be connected to the
power supply socket only when this switch is
in OFF position. If the plug is connected to
a receptacle while the power switch is in the
ON position, the power tool will start operating
immediately upon checking the PRCD, which
could cause a serious accident.
▪ Make sure that the cord, PRCD and the plug
are in order. If the replacement of the supply
cord or PRCD is necessary, this has to be
done by the manufacturer or his agent in or-
der to avoid a safety hazard.
WARNING:
Always switch off and un-
plug the power tool prior to any adjustment,
servicing or maintenance.
▪ In case the work area is remote from the pow
-
er source, use as short as practicable exten-
sion cord with proper cross-section.
▪ Check that the auxiliary handle is properly
mounted and reliably tightened.
CHECKING THE PRCD
Ensure that the ON/OFF switch (5) is in switched
off position.
Connect the cord plug to a socket with protec-
tive neutral.
Take the PRCD in your hand and press the ON-
I-RESET button. The PRCF LED indicator shall
start to glow. (Fig.1)
Switch the machine on by sliding the switch (5)
forward. The machine shall start to work.
Press the О-Test button. The PRCD shall switch
off, the LED indicator shall stop glowing and the
machine shall stop. (Fig.2)
Slide the switch (5) backward to switch the ma-
chine off before you attempt to start the machine
again.
