2-2 Power-On by Keyboard Function Jumper JP50

Enable the Wake-Up by Keyboard function by Shorting pin 2-3 on

jumper JP50, otherwise, short pin 1-2 to disable this function.

Jumper JP50 can be easily identified by its red color cap.
