TROUBLESHOOTING
Machine has
vibration or noisy
operation.
1.
Motor or component loose.
1.
Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
2.
Blade weld at fault/teeth broken.

Replace blade (Page 43).

Blade at fault.

Replace warped/bent blade; resharpen dull blade.
4.
V-belt(s) worn, loose, pulleys
misaligned or belt slapping cover.

Inspect/replace belts with a new matched set.
Realign pulleys if necessary (Page 63).

Pulley loose.

Secure pulley on shaft.

Motor mount loose/broken.
