Copying an entry from the extra phonebook to the
personal directory
This section is only valid if your system provides an extra phonebook

Press the
Options
key.

Scroll to one of the extra phonebooks

Key the first letter of the name you are
calling for example, to enter

Scroll if necessary to find the name you
want

Press OK to select the name and to see
the extension number

key (shown on the

Copy to directory ?

Note: The name/number can now be
edited [D330 only] or erased: press
