Perform this adjustment/check with the case (upper) , parti-
tion and battery case installed.
(Do under the regular use condition).

Same as “3-2-5. S/N Checking”.
Connection
Same as “3-2-5. S/N Checking”.
Switch and Control Setting
Same as “1. Switch and Control Initial Setting” on page 3-2.
Procedure
Step 1. Tuner 1 Checking
(1) Set the CONTROL switch (S1601) to “1”.
(2) Set the channel setting as follows;

Tuner 1 channel setting

page 3-2.

Set the Tuner 2 to channel setting different from the
above Tuner 1 channel setting.
(3) Connect the signal generator to the ANT a connector.
(4) Set the signal generator as follows:

(7) Connect the signal generator to ANT b connector.
(8) Perform the procedures (3) to (6).
Step 2. Tuner 2 Checking
(1) Set the CONTROL switch (S1601) to “2”.
(2) Connect the audio analyzer to the OUTPUT 2 connec-
tor via the MIC amp.
(3) Connect the signal generator to the ANT a connector.
(4) Set the channel setting as follows;

Tuner 2 channel setting
Same as “1. Switch and Control Initial Setting” on
page 3-2.

Set the Tuner 1 to channel setting different from the
above Tuner 2 channel setting.
(5) Perform the checking from the procedures (3) to (8) in
“Step 1. Tuner 1 checking”.
When performing the above described checking change
the following detail as shown below.
