Troubleshooting the pointing device on the folding keyboard
The cursor moves on its own during character input
The Press-to-Select function of the multi-pointer on the folding keyboard is enabled. Proceed as follows to disable the function.
1 Click Start and then Control Panel .
The Control Panel window appears.
2 Click the Printers and Other Hardware icon.
3 Click the Mouse icon.
The Mouse Properties window appears.
4 Click the External Multi pointer tab.
5 Click to deselect the Enable Press-to-Select check box under Press-to-Select .
6 Click OK .
The multi-pointer is not working
The Press-to-Select function of the multi-pointer on the folding keyboard may be disabled. Proceed as follows to enable the function.
1 Follow step 1 to step 6 above.
2 Click to select the Enable Press-to-Select check box under Press-to-Select .
3 Click OK .
