5. Click the
[Connect]
button.
6. Select the connection with a radio button of “RS-232C” or “Ethernet”.
When “RS-232C” is selected: Enter the COM port to be used.
When “Ethernet” is selected: Enter the IP address.

button is unavailable.
7. Click the
[OK]
button.
8. Click the radio button of “Memory Read”, and then click the
[Read]
button.
The NVM data reading starts.
9. After the reading is completed, click the
[Save]
button.

Save the data in any place.

The saved date is written again after the replacement procedure is completed. Therefore be sure not to
lose it.
