1-4-6. SY-416 Board
When replacing the SY-416 board, perform the procedure referring to Section 2.
1. Remove the cabinet. (Refer to Section 1-3.)
2. Remove the TILT block. (Refer to Section 1-4-3.)
3. Remove the HC-51 board. (Refer to Section 1-4-5.)
4. Remove the four screws, then remove the chassis (HC).
5. Disconnect the three harnesses from the connectors (CN101, CN103 and CN104) on the SY-416 board.
6. Remove the three screws, then remove the SY-416 board.
7. Disconnect the three flexible flat cables from the connectors (CN105, CN107 and CN902) on the
SY-416 board.
8. Remove the two radiation sheets
from the SY-416 board.
9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Twist the slip ring harness three turns
and rout it as shown in the illustration.
