Setting sounds

You can adjust the volume level of the system sounds, alarm sounds and game 
sounds, or turn the sounds off completely.

Tap the arrow 

V

 in the upper right corner of the Preferences 

screen and select General.

The 

General Preferences

 screen is displayed.

Tap the arrow

 next to System Sound and select a desired 

volume level or Off.

When the System Sound is turned off, the chime tones associated with the 
HotSync

®

 operation are also turned off.
