Using the Share Phone Book
Select whether to display in the Share Phone Book the Meeting information
that is registered on the server.
You can configure these settings in the [Detail] tabs of the [Add Meeting] and
[Edit Meeting] screens.

Select whether to display in the Share Phone Book the Meeting
information that is registered on the server.
NONE:
Do not display the information in the Share Phone Book.
H323ALIAS:
Display the information in the Share Phone Book
using H.323 aliases for the Meeting contact information.
E164NUMBER:
Display the information in the Share Phone
Book using E.164 numbers for the Meeting contact information.
• Information on a Meeting is displayed in the Share Phone Book
only when the Meeting is available to be conducted.
• If a meeting name or H.323 alias includes a slash (/), it may not be
displayed properly or may not be reachable for calling. When using
the Share Phone Book, do not use slashes (/) in meeting names and
H.323 aliases.
