When an Error Occurs with the Hardware
The LEDs on the front of the unit light according to the
type of error that occurred.
For details, refer to the descriptions for each LED in
“Features and Functions” (page 8)
Exporting Log Files
You can export the following log files.
• System logs
• Event and alarm logs
• Operation logs
• Detailed logs and system information

Click
at the top of the main screen.
The Log dialog box appears.

Click [Export].
The Export dialog box appears.

Specify the logs you want to export, and click [OK].

Select the location in which to save the logs.

Select the check boxes of the logs to export.
• Only users with “Administrator Menu Setting”
permissions can select the [Details] check box.
For details on permissions, refer to
• The files that are exported when [Details] is
selected are identical to the files that are exported
when using [Export System Information] in the
Administration Menu.

Enter the file name.

Select the media of the export location.

Click [OK].
Exporting starts.
The following screen appears during exporting to
allow you to confirm the progress.
If there is insufficient free space on the media, a
warning message appears and exporting stops.
When exporting ends, the following screen appears.
