As for the IN point, using the jog dial of the BVE-series editor, for
example, search for the OUT point.

Select the recorder port.

Using the jog dial of the BVE-series editor, for example, search for the IN
point of the section where you will insert the cut.

Press the MARK IN key.
• The time data of the IN point appears on the monitor screen.

Using the channel specification keys (V, A1, A2, A3, and A4), select the
channel(s) where you will insert the cut.
• Press the key(s) corresponding to the channel(s) in which you want to
insert the cut, turning on the indicator(s) above the key(s).
• If you select only specific channels to insert the cut, see next page, under
"NOTE."

To execute the cut insertion, press the EXECUTE/REC key.
• This inserts the cut, and "EDITED" appears on the monitor screen.
• The recorder file is replaced by the editing result file (the file after
inserting the cut), and the unit cues up to the OUT point of the inserted
section.
