1-2-5. Varifocal Lens/BI-222/BI-224 Board
1. Remove the upper case N assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-2-1.)
2. Remove the chassis assembly. (Refer to Section 1-2-2.)
3. Remove the screw (R3
x
10), then open the chassis in
the direction of the arrow.
4. Remove the lens block.
5. Remove the two screws (BTP2
x
6), then remove the
ball (upper).
6. Remove the two screws (BTP2.6
x
8), then remove
the two BI guides.
7. Remove the two screws (BTP2.6
x
8), then remove
the optical block assembly.
8. Disconnect the two harnesses from the connectors
(CN101 and CN102) on the BI-222/BI-224 board.
1-2-4. PS-744 Board
1. Remove the upper case N assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-2-1.)
2. Remove the chassis assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-2-2.)
3. Remove the SY-358 board. (Refer to Section 1-2-3.)
4. Remove the three screws, then remove the PS-744
board.
5. Remove the cable tie, then remove the MG sheet and
harness.
6. Disconnect the two harnesses from the connectors
(CN1 and CN2) on the PS-744 board.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
