Using Basic Applications
The menus of the Address Book appear.

Tap “Options,” and then tap “Preferences.”
The “Address Book Preferences” dialog box appears.

Tap the display format you want in the “List By” field.
Depending on your choice, the Address Book starts up, showing “Last
Name, First Name” or “Company, Last Name.”

Tap “OK.”
The items of the address records appear in the order that is determined
by the Address Book.
Notes
• Tap “Last Name, First Name” to sort alphabetically by an individual’s last name
and then first name.
• Tap “Company, Last Name” to sort alphabetically by company name, and then an
individual’s last name.
