Press the ENTER button.
The KEEP ALL EDL message in the scratchpad begins to
flash.

Press the ALL STOP button.
The flashing message in the scratchpad changes to CLR
DELETED EDIT.

Press the ENTER button.
All of the edits that have been targeted for deletion (edits with
the letter ‘d’ in front of their edit numbers) are deleted from
EDL memory. A beep sounds when deletion finishes (if the
BEEP item is set to ON in the setup menu (SETUP DATA >
SYSTEM CONFIG)).
Note
After targeting a group of edits for deletion, you cannot specify
that one or more edits in the group be deleted and the rest saved.
All targeted edits are deleted whenever you perform the above
operation.
To delete all edits in the EDL with a simple button
operation
Note
Unlike deletions made with the INIT DATA menu, this procedure
deletes all edits, regardless of whether they have delete marks ('d')
or not.
Proceed as follows.

Press the CTRL + CLEAR button.
EDL ALL DATA CLR appears in the scratchpad.

Press the ENTER button.
All of the edits are deleted.
