REF (reference) OUTPUT connector
(BNC type)
Used to output an analog reference video signal.
Using control panel settings, the phase of the output
signal can be adjusted from approximately –0.5 H to
+1.5 H with respect to the phase of the input signal on
the REF INPUT connector

The signal which is output as a reference video signal
depends on the system format, as follows:
Composite system: Black burst signal
Component system: Black burst (525-line mode
only) or sync signal

CRK (chroma key) INPUTS CH1, CH2
connectors (BNC type)
By installing optional BKDS-7134 boards (two
channels per board), up to two channels of analog
component video signal (Y/R–Y/B–Y/sync or RGB/
sync signals) can be input. This can be used as
expansion analog chroma key input in a component
system, or as stand-alone chroma key input in a
composite system.

PVW (preview) OUTPUTS 1, 2 connectors
(BNC type)
The preview video corresponding to the final program
output is output from these connectors as a serial
digital video signal or analog composite video signal.
