6.12 Sealing
The sealing concept is subject to country-specific regulations. The sealing points shown
here were included in the construction of the Supercal 5 I.
Once the Supercal 5 I is manufactured, it come out from factory as unsealed. It mean it has
to be installed at least with the following operations:
Fixing it to its operable and definitive location
Installing the 2-pipe temperatures sensor
Installing the power supply if required
Connect the flowmeter to the Supercal 5 I
Then its required to seal the equipment by its menu on the display according to the chapter 7.
The installer can modify any other meteorological parameter with Superprog Android and
Superprog Windows at any time.
From this moment on, if it’s required at any given time to come back to the commissioning
mode or
Un-sealed
state we should break the sale show in the following picture:

6.14 Save Operating Data
6.14.1 Data Backup
The Supercal 5 has a non-volatile FRAM for data backup.
The data backup is thus retained even in the event of a power supply failure. All values are
automatically updated and saved.
The historical data is organized in:
Four historical totalizers
One historical average values
One historical maximal values
One historical events
For every set of historical data, some customization is available:
Maximal quantity of records
Record frequency
