[Note for the vertical screen mode]
In the vertical screen mode, if the cross cursor is placed on the horizontal screen and the
off-center key
is pressed, the horizontal screen shows the off-center display. If the
cross cursor is placed on the vertical screen and the off-center key
is pressed, the
depth of the vertical screen can be enlarged. Note that the off-center function changes in
this way. The depth enlargement
procedure is described in “6. 9. 6. Depth Enlargement
Display.”
[Note for the dual screen mode]
The dual screen mode has no off-center display function, however, the off-center key
can be used to change the display areas of both the horizontal main screen and the
horizontal sub screen. The use of the off-
center key is described in “6. 5. 6. Display Area
Change.

7. 2. Over-Range Display
7. 2. 1 Over-Range Display
While the over-range is enabled, a sonar image can be displayed as far as outside of the
bearing mark. The over-range display is disabled in the full screen mode, in the dual
screen mode and in the orthogonal screen mode. While the over-range is enabled, the
off-center display is disabled.

Note: When the over-range is enabled, the operation range is 1.5 times larger than the
range when the over range is disabled.
