3. HUMIDIFICATION MAT REPLACEMENT ALARM
●
The humidification mat should be changed out after 4320 hours of use, the
FILTER RESET
light flashes once this time has come. In this case, switch the
appliance off, pull the power adapter and disassemble the appliance as described
in the section “Cleaning the humidification mat” (Steps 2+3). Replace the
old humidification mat with a new one. Reassemble the appliance completely
and refill the water basin with water as described in the section “Cleaning the
humidification mat” (Step 5 + 6).
Caution:
Before restarting the appliance after replacing the humidification mat,
you have to reset the appliance.

Resetting the appliance after replacing the humidification mat:
To reset the appliance timer to 4320 operating hours after replacing the humid-
ification mat, touch and hold the ON/OFF button
;
one time for 3 seconds
until a signal sounds. Like that, you will be automatically reminded to replace
the humidification mat.
CLEANING THE CHASSIS
●
Regularly clean the chassis with a slightly moist towel and some mild detergent.
●
In general, do not use any aggressive or abrasive detergents or metal sponges
for cleaning, as these might damage the surface.
