UC1/360°-Enabled Channel Strip Plug-ins
Below are the channel strip plug-ins that currently integrate with UC1 and the Plug-in Mixer.
Channel Strip 2 (v2)
Channel Strip 2 is a a fully-featured channel strip, based
on digital modelling of the EQ and Dynamics curves from
the legendary XL 9000 K SuperAnalogue console. Clean,
linear tone shaping for maximum flexibility. Switch between
classic E and G-Series EQ curves.
The V2 update adds:
• Re-designed GUI
• HQ Mode - Intelligent Oversampling
• Output Fader
• Width and Pan Controls for Stereo Instances
4K B
The 4K B is a detailed model of the legendary SL 4000 B
channel strip. The SL 4000 B was the first ever commercially
released SSL console and responsible for the sound of
many classic records that came out of London's famous
Townhouse Studio 2, 'The Stone Room'.
• Full of tone, punch and rich non-linear analogue
character
• Add analogue saturation and drive to your tracks with
the pre-amp section and VCA fader saturation
• Original 4000-series EQ circuit, the precursor to the O2
Brown Knob EQ of the 4000 E
• B-Series channel compressor, featuring a circuit
topology that is based on the SSL Bus Compressor
– peak detection and a sidechain VCA in a feedback
loop
• Unique ‘ds’ mode re-purposes the compressor to be
a de-esser.
