ROUBLESHOOTING

 ______________________________

Warning:

Temperature Low or High Warning: The TCS-110 temperature is
outside of the user set  temperature warning range,  < SETTEMP-
WIDTH or >S WIDTH.  This normally occurs after a
set point change until the TCS-110 reaches set point.

If persistent,

contact SSCS for technical support.

Alarms:

Temperature  Sensor  Fail:  The  temperature  sensor  has  failed.
Temperature control will stop.

Turn off the chiller and disconnect

the AC power cord.  Contact SSCS for an RMA number to return the
unit for repair.

Fan  Fail:  Fan  fail  indicates  the  fan  has  stopped  working  when  it
should  be  on.  Temperature  control  will  stop.

    Contact  SSCS  an

RMA number to return the unit for fan replacement.  (Note: the fan
will normally stop spinning at temperatures above 50°C.)

Thermoelectric  Module  Fail:  A  thermoelectric  module  has  failed.
Temperature control will stop.

Turn off the chiller and disconnect

the AC power cord.  Contact SSCS for an RMA number to return the
unit for repair.

Other issues

Temperature Control Poor:  If  no  other  alarms  are  present,  poor
temperature control can indicate blocked airflow. If the chiller cools
but  cannot  reach  the  set  point,  and  the  displayed  temperature  is
higher  than  the  set  point,  the  heat  load  may  be  too  great  for  the
chiller,

Contact SSCS for technical support.
