Switching functions
The terminal must have an I/O card installed if you wish to forward the control values with the
interface, e.g. to a control light or to a control. The I/O card must be enabled with execute in setup
mode under Program Settings / Classifying / IO Assignments. The output signals are assigned as
follows:

The individual inputs and outputs can be customized.
Record/print within or outside of tolerance
The release of a data record outside of a specified classes can be prevented or accepted. If a data
record is released outside of the class, it is marked with a special character. Release or lock are set
in setup mode under Program Settings / Classifying / Record Outside of Class.
6.9.6 To picking
This function is also available in classification mode. The function can be used to total/pick items of
the same class assignment. The totaling functions are controlled with the function keys in the
Classification Functions level.
Totaling
means that the individual items are weighed sequentially. The weight is added to totaling memory
and the load is removed from the scale after each individual weighing.
Picking
means that the weighed items are left on the scale.
The weight is added to totaling memory and the scale returns to zero without the load being
removed from the scale.
The measurement location cannot be changed during the picking transaction.
The selection between totaling or picking
is made in setup mode Program Settings.
The selection applies to all subsequent weighing bridges.
For purposes of the description, the following only addresses totaling .
Totaling memory with several connected scales
A central totaling memory is maintained for all connected scales.
Totaling memory capacity
Up to 999 transaction can be stored in totaling memory. The totaling memory needs to be deleted
thereafter.
