1 Mounting screw
2 Bleeder screw
● Apply three drops 120° apart of loctite alongside the
screw thread (2).
● Tighten the 2 screws (2). Torque 25 Nm.
● Tighten the bleed screw and its cap (1). Torque 16 Nm.
● Clean the brake fluid on the bleed screws.
● Reinstall the brake pads refer to Replacing brake pads
on the D20 4-pistons callipers (rear), p. 26

● Always use new seals and clips.
● Replace any defective parts, using only
original SODIKART parts.
● Install a new set of pads after any servicing
of the callipers.

This operation must be performed by a
SODIKART dealer.
Removing

● Untwist the ends of the pin (1) and remove it.
● Remove the brake pads (2).
● Remove the bleed screws (3) and their caps.
● Disconnect the yoke by removing the two mounting
screws (4).
Legend
1 O-ring
2 Piston
● Remove the two O-rings (1) and the piston (2) from each
half-calliper.
● Clean the half calliper bodies. Do not use WD40 or other
greasy products to clean the callipers.
► Do not use any cleaning product that could
damage the seals. A brake fluid leak could
appear, causing a serious or fatal accident.
