ROUTING THE LOWER CABLE:

Insert the cable’s bolt end through pulley
L1 (ball outside), continue through pulley
L2, up and around pulley L3, down and
screw the cable bolt end into the threaded
sleeve on the Base Frame (1) at least 7
threads.
