Insert four 1” Plastic Bushings
(62) into the holes on the Base
Frame (1). Slide one Rubber
Doughnut (52) onto each Guide
Rod (9). Insert a Guide Rod (9)
into each of the 1” Plastic
Bushings (62) you inserted into
the Base Frame (1).
Carefully stack the Weight Plates
(12) one at a time by lifting them
to the top of the Guide Rods (9),
inserting the rods through the
holes in the weights and then
slowly lowering each weight
down.
Attach each Select Rod (11) to
each Top Plate (10) using one
Top Plate Bolt (76). Slide the Top
Plates (10) and the Select Rods
(11) over the Guide Rods (9).
Insert the Select Rods (11) into
the weight stacks and secure by
inserting one Select Pin (75).
Insert four 1” Plastic Bushings
(62) into holes in the Weight Stack
Top (13). Slide the Weight Stack
Top (13) over top of four Guide
Rods (9) and attach to the Top
Frame (7) using two 1/2” x 3” Hex
Head Bolts (79), four 1/2”
Washers (95) and two 1/2” Nylon
Nuts (99).
